MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS FOR SPORTS MEDICINE
Cloud based software solution to medicines record keeping and sports injury management
At MedsOnTrack we provide software to meet the specific needs of Doctors and Physios working in a fast paced environment where medications often have to be administered to many people in a short space of time, yet accurately recorded.
The level of reporting that is available is the key to the substance of the system and whether the data is required by player or medication it is readily available for analysis in the form of listings, charts, graphs or in spreadheet format.

'I have used MedsOnTrack since 2013. I have used it in my role as team physician for the Irish Senior Rugby team during 6-Nations campaigns and Rugby World Cup 2015 it was also helpful while touring with the British & Irish Lions in 2013 and 2017. It is an invaluable means of managing medications and prescribing in a team setting, ensuring practitioner compliance and improving player care. The phone and tablet apps, and offline mode are particularly helpful. I would thoroughly recommend MedsOnTrack to anyone working in the sporting team environment.'

"I have been using the meds on track system for 5 years and find it a very efficient method for recording all aspects of prescribing and also for auditing my prescribing patterns.”
Dr GEOFF DAVIES,

“MedsOnTrack has proven to be invaluable. Often we need to issue medications on the go and the MedsOnTrack app has allowed the documentation of this to be efficient, reliable, and above all safe”.
Dr MATT GILES,
FAW team doctor
I have found Medsontrack invaluable to accurate record keeping. It comes into its own when prescribing on the training ground and when on the road.

"I have been using MedsOnTrack since 2013 and we updated to the second generation system in 2017. As a care quality commission (CQC) registered football club the MedsOnTrack system received praise from our recent CQC inspection. The offline mode and the mobile/tablet mode has made the system even more flexible and no need to worry about WIFI/Data access. We use the system effectively at every match in the Premier League Home and Away and we use across the academy and our Manchester City Women’s team which in total equates to over 350 players. It has proved valuable for Anti-Doping procedures in the Premier League, UEFA Champions league, UEFA Youth League and the UEFA Women’s champions League in places as remote as Perm, Central Russia! It is easy to add players and medications to the system and the initial guidance from Steve and Keith was invaluable. I like the facility that Physiotherapists can add entries to the system and they select how they received permission from myself as the doctor (text, verbal, email etc). I then ‘sign off’ the physiotherapists entries when I next log in. We can also audit medication prescription patterns easily. This has ensured that as a club our medication policies and procedures satisfy the CQC, protect clinical governance and ultimately improve player care”
